These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Game provided by Roldan Alberto Zermeno Pina ("we," "us," or "our"). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Roldan Alberto Zermeno Pina.

• Promptly update your registration data and any other information you provide to us to keep it accurate and complete.

The Game, including all its content, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video, and audio, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof), are owned by Roldan Alberto Zermeno Pina, its licensors, or other providers of such material and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Game for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only, subject to these Terms.

You agree not to:

• Use the Game for any unlawful purpose or in any way that violates any applicable national or international law or regulation.
• Engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of the Game, or which, as determined by us, may harm Roldan Alberto Zermeno Pina or users of the Game or expose them to liability.
• Use the Game in any manner that could disable, overburden, damage, or impair the Game or interfere with any other party's use of the Game.
• Introduce any viruses, Trojan horses, worms, logic bombs, or other material that is malicious or technologically harmful.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to, interfere with, damage, or disrupt any parts of the Game, the server on which the Game is stored, or any server, computer, or database connected to the Game.
• Cheat, use unauthorized bots, or exploit any bugs or glitches in the Game.

The Game may offer in-app purchases ("IAPs"). If you make an IAP, you agree to the pricing, payment, and billing terms presented to you at the time of purchase. All IAPs are final and non-refundable, unless otherwise required by applicable law or the terms of the app store platform (e.g., Apple App Store, Google Play Store).

We do not handle payment transactions directly. All IAPs are processed by the respective app store platforms, and their terms and conditions govern those transactions.

THE GAME IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. ROLDAN ALBERTO ZERMENO PINA DOES NOT MAKE ANY WARRANTY OR REPRESENTATION WITH RESPECT TO THE COMPLETENESS, SECURITY, RELIABILITY, QUALITY, ACCURACY, OR AVAILABILITY OF THE GAME.

WITHOUT LIMITING THE FOREGOING, ROLDAN ALBERTO ZERMENO PINA DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE GAME, ITS CONTENT, OR ANY SERVICES OR ITEMS OBTAINED THROUGH THE GAME WILL BE ACCURATE, RELIABLE, ERROR-FREE, OR UNINTERRUPTED, THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED, THAT OUR GAME OR THE SERVER THAT MAKES IT AVAILABLE ARE FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS, OR THAT THE GAME OR ANY SERVICES OR ITEMS OBTAINED THROUGH THE GAME WILL OTHERWISE MEET YOUR NEEDS OR EXPECTATIONS.

IN NO EVENT WILL ROLDAN ALBERTO ZERMENO PINA, ITS AFFILIATES, OR THEIR LICENSORS, SERVICE PROVIDERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OFFICERS, OR DIRECTORS BE LIABLE FOR DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, UNDER ANY LEGAL THEORY, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE GAME, ANY WEBSITES LINKED TO IT, ANY CONTENT ON THE GAME OR SUCH OTHER WEBSITES, INCLUDING ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, PERSONAL INJURY, PAIN AND SUFFERING, EMOTIONAL DISTRESS, LOSS OF REVENUE, LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF BUSINESS OR ANTICIPATED SAVINGS, LOSS OF USE, LOSS OF GOODWILL, LOSS OF DATA, AND WHETHER CAUSED BY TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), BREACH OF CONTRACT, OR OTHERWISE, EVEN IF FORESEEABLE.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Roldan Alberto Zermeno Pina, its affiliates, licensors, and service providers, and its and their respective officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, suppliers, successors, and assigns from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the Game, including, but not limited to, your User Contributions, any use of the Game's content, services, and products other than as expressly authorized in these Terms, or your use of any information obtained from the Game.

We may terminate or suspend your access to all or part of the Game immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Game will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Game.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your Jurisdiction, e.g., Mexico], without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Game shall be exclusively brought in the courts located in [Your City, e.g., Mexico City, Mexico].
